From June 17–19, 2026, the 35th WHX Miami (formerly FIME), one of the most influential medical device and equipment exhibitions in the Americas, concluded successfully at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida, USA. Eieling Technology showcased its product portfolio at the exhibition and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry peers worldwide on the future trends of liver disease diagnosis and treatment. Backed by its solid technological strength, the Eieling Technology booth consistently attracted a steady stream of visitors eager to learn more.

Throughout the exhibition, the Eieling booth drew bustling crowds and maintained high energy. Through technological iterations and upgrades, Eieling Technology presented on-site demonstrations of its industry-leading liver fibrosis and steatosis assessment device Liverscan® — Portable Liver Elastography Ultrasound Diagnostic System, alongside the world’s first palm-sized fatty liver assessment system FattaLab® — Fatty Liver Diagnostic Device. Visitors showed strong interest in the products, experiencing firsthand the speed and convenience of FattaLab® for fatty liver detection while gaining in-depth insights into the clinical value of Liverscan®. The team delivered live demonstrations and feature explanations, earning unanimous recognition from attendees for their professional presentations.
Liverscan® enables quantitative detection of both liver fibrosis and steatosis, with broad applicability across various community hospital screening scenarios. Equipped with patented real-time B-mode ultrasound-guided transient elastography technology, Liverscan® automatically locates the liver region, effectively overcoming the challenges of detecting abdominal obesity patients and the need for frequent probe changes. As validated in published literature, Liverscan® demonstrates high concordance with biopsy results, achieving an AUROC of 0.97 for cirrhosis (F4) and 0.92 for steatosis screening (≥S1).

FattaLab® is dedicated specifically to fatty liver detection and is the world’s first standalone diagnostic device for fatty liver to receive FDA clearance. Featuring a lightweight design and powered by the proprietary AIFF (Auto Intra-Focus Fusion) human liver fat detection algorithm, the device weighs roughly the same as a smartphone and is equally suitable for patients with abdominal obesity. Detection data can be stored in the cloud, enabling users to intuitively track improvements in their fatty liver condition and establishing a complete health management loop.
This participation in Miami once again underscores the company’s strength in technology and innovation. Leveraging the research capabilities of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the proven expertise of its commercialization team, Liverscan® and FattaLab® have now entered markets in over 20 countries and regions worldwide. Looking ahead, Eieling Technology will continue to deepen its commitment to the liver health sector, driving industry advancement through innovation and working alongside global healthcare institutions and partners to safeguard liver health for patients worldwide.
