About Us
Our Story
From a Hong Kong Lab to Clinics Worldwide.
Eieling Technology began with a question: what if the diagnostic power of a hospital echo room could fit in the palm of your hand? The answer — Liverscan®, the world’s first wireless handheld liver elastography system — integrated real-time B-mode ultrasound guidance and transient elastography in a single probe. Dual FDA 510(k) clearances, NMPA Class III registration, and deployments across four continents later, the clinical foundation was set.
But the mission was never to stop at the hospital door. FattaLab® — 120 grams, 30 seconds per measurement, smartphone-connected — marks the deliberate shift from 2B clinical devices to 2B2C proximity care. It is designed not for the hepatology department with a six-figure capital budget, but for the weight-loss clinic, the pharmacy chain, the primary care practice. FDA 510(k) cleared. CES 2026 Digital Health Innovation Award winner. A product built for a different buyer.
The third stage of this arc — from clinical to proximity to consumer — is already in motion. FattaLab® OTC, coming soon — serving the 100 million Americans with fatty liver disease, the millions on GLP-1 therapies tracking progress, and anyone who deserves to know their liver health without an appointment. From hospital to home. That is the company we are building.
