Information you provide to us:
If you are a Service user, you (or your team administrator) may provide us with certain personal information through the Service – for example, when you register for an Eieling account to access and use the Service, when you consult customer support or send us an email or communicate with us in any way (for example, to make a support request).

3.1 Business contact information (such as your name, position, organization, phone number, email address and country);

3.3 Account login credentials (such as your email or username and password when you register an account with us, and the unique Service user/team ID assigned to you in our system);

Information we collect automatically:
When you use or interact with the Services, we automatically collect or receive certain information about your device and Service usage through our Services (such as log files) and other technologies (such as cookies). In some (but not all) countries, this information is considered “personal data” under data protection laws.

Log and usage data: such as service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information automatically collected by our servers when you access or use our Services, which is recorded in log files. Information we process about patients of Service users: We process certain personal information about patients of Service users on behalf of our Service users (where we act as a data processor). This personal information includes:
Identity and contact data (name, title, date of birth, gender, medical record number (MRN)).
Patient Health Information (“PHI”), such as MRN data, study descriptions and related metadata (e.g., data on Service Users’ comments on ultrasound studies), and other categories of PHI uploaded by Service Users (or on behalf of Service Users) in connection with the Services.
As mentioned above, in most cases, we process PHI only on behalf of our service users (data controllers of personal information) and in accordance with their instructions. [CS1]
Where permitted by laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances without obtaining your authorization or consent:

1. Storage location and cross-border transmission
